HOW MUCH ROOM DO I NEED AVAILABLE FOR THE 360 BOOTH?

Generally we ask for a 10x10' footprint with at least 8' of clearance above. We can downsize this a bit if needed to accommodate your event needs. Please contact us for details.

How Will I RECEIVE THE VIDEO CAPTURE OF THE EVENT

You sure will! We provide a folder full of all of the videos captured within 3 business days of the event so you can download and share with whoever you please. 

HOW WILL THE GUEST GET THEIR VIDEO CAPTURES?

360 videos can be sent to users via text or email following the completion of their session. your guest can also share their video capture directly to their social media platform.    

DO I HAVE TO OPERATE THE 360 VIDEO/BOOTH

Absolutely not! Each package includes an attendant who will set up, operate and remove the booth following the completion of the service window.   

HOW LONG ARE THE VIDEOS?

The 360 booth videos will generally be 16 seconds long. This is to help with transmission speeds when users send via text or email.   

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?

Each package includes a 2 hour set up window for the 360 photo booth. We can set up the booth in as fast as an hour if the window is shorter or it needs to be done during a room flip. SET UP 1-2 HOURS LONG..

DOES THE PACKAGES COME WITH PROPS?

 Yes, every package includes hand PROP signs to match your event type or theme. All other props may be added as an additional price to your package of choice. 

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED and WHEN IS FINAL PAYMENT DUE?

 A $75 deposit is required for every event booked. (NO EXCEPTIONS) The balance must be paid 14 days prior to your event in full. If your event is less than 14 days, a payment in full must be made at the time you book your event. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

  1. The initial $75 is non-refundable if not cancelled within 3 days from the date the event is booked but will be deducted from your balance. 
  2. The payment balance following the deposit is non-refundable but can be used towards a future available date within 6 months if you should have to cancel the event.
  3. The payment including the initial deposit  will be refunded in the event we are having technical difficulties on our end.  
  4. The payment balance and initial deposit is non refundable in the event you have difficulties with the event continuing throughout the said booked timeframe or cannot provide us the electricity or space we require. 

Can The 360 Video/ Photo Booth Be Rented For Outside?

We can provide our photo booths outdoor. We will need access to a suitable power outlet and a level surface to set up everything. Additionally, we will need protection from the elements (rain, heat, etc.) and can provide a tent for an additional charge if needed. This is to protect us from rain damage or the chance of our gear overheating! If your event is taking place in the spring or fall, protection is not 100% necessary but at the first sign of inclement weather, we will have to pull the photo booth and this could disrupt your service window. 

Photography

Is the Photography Package Same As The Photo Booth Rental

The Photography package is sold separately. The Photo Booth is a party rental 360 degree machine and the Photography is captured photos only by our photography partner.  

Can I Book The Photo Booth Or Photographer Separately or Together?

Yes, you choose the services you want to meet your need. You can book only 1 service or both. Please see timeframe to book Photography sessions.

How Soon Must I Book The Photographer?

14 days in advance and is booked separate from the photo booth rental.
